Dana is responsible for Business Operations as well as leading the Sales and Service Department for the company.  He performs design build projects for many of Interstate’s trusted customers.  Dana is heavily involved with Project Management along with generating new clients and services for Interstate Mechanical Services.

After graduating from King Philip High School in 1973, Dana entered into the US Naval Reserve where he was stationed on the USS Harlan County in Little Creek, Virginia.  Upon his honorable discharge from the Navy, he received additional education at the New England Institute of Technology for two years and the Wentworth Institute of Boston.  He has been a member of the Pipefitters #537 Union in Boston for 35 years when he began working for Commonwealth Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. in 1980.  His duties included the installation and startup of mechanical systems.  In 2003, Dana entered into the sales department for CommAir as a Sales Engineer.

In October of 2010, Dana opened the doors to Interstate Mechanical Services as a mechanical contractor in the Local #537.  He started the new business with close partner Roger Gagnon, with whom he had worked with and known for many years.

​

Among many things, Dana enjoys golf, home projects, and quality time with his grandchildren and family.

Roger is responsible for all work involved in ensuring each project runs smoothly and has everything needed to complete on time and in budget.  He also specializes in designing custom mechanical systems for customers.  Roger has been in the industry for over 22 years and has been in the Local #537 Pipefitter's Union of Boston for over 15 years.  For much of his career, he worked for Commonwealth Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. and Emcor Services, where he gained experience in both service and pipe fitting installation and worked on a variety of equipment from chillers to water bubblers.

On his off-time, Roger enjoys traveling, photography, surfing, mountain biking, scuba diving, boating and spending time with his daughter, Julia.

Greg has been in the HVAC field for five years as one of the first employees of Interstate Mechanical Services.  He graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science-Mechanical Engineering in 2013. Greg is involved in every aspect of business for Interstate Mechanical Services.  He primarily focuses on plan spec projects and utilizes his engineering expertise as a Project Manager for many of Interstate’s larger projects.  Greg is a key component of new project and new client procurement and is one of the leaders of the Estimating and Sales Department.  

Greg has an appreciation for muscle cars, is an avid sports fan, enjoys playing golf, and likes listening to country music.  He also enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his dog Tucker.

Bob is the Business Operations Manager at Interstate Mechanical Services, primarily responsible for all accounts payable and accounts receivable for the company. He works to empower customer relationships and ensure profitable performance of business operations. Along with managing the A/P and A/R functions for the company, Bob also works directly with many other functions of the company. These include working with finance and accounting, HR, and budget/job cost analysis.

Prior to joining Interstate Mechanical Services, Bob worked as a Lead Implementation Specialist for a telecommunications company. Bob holds a bachelor's degree from University of Massachusetts Amherst in Business Administration, with a minor focused in Communications.

Jenna is a business operations/project management specialist at Interstate Mechanical Services. Jenna works with management to ensure the daily operations of the company progress smoothly. Jenna drives productivity within the company by initiating new strategies that guarantee efficient systems are in place. She also assists in the estimating/sales process, project management, HR, and helps to manage the service team.

Prior to joining Interstate Mechanical Services, Jenna worked as a supervisor for a medical software company. Jenna holds a bachelor's degree from Westfield State College in Business Management, with a minor focused in Marketing.
